Lucia´s situation is really interesting. I mean, does her ending imply that everybody is dandy with her decision? It would probably an great topic to explore in a fic...

Speculating is fun~ Maybe it would be easier to speculate about the succession if those FE lords would not (almost) always either be only-children or have a sibling who is already the ruler (with a difference in age too big to use it in an argument; Uhter, Hector).
