One reason why I love FE:

They have awesome sidecharacters.

I'm pretty sure most of you know that I love sidecharacters. They're the salt in my fandomsoup. It doesn't matter if they only have a few lines or are supporting characters that turn up two or three times. They might even die before the story takes place.

There only need to be a few lines that hit exactly my lovebuttons.

Yes, I've heard of how King Hayden dotes on his precious little daughter.

Do you realize how much your words would fill Father's heart with grief? -- Are we speaking of the same man? Our father will likely outlive us all.

There, it's that easy. They just need one bit of characterisation to make me want to imagine the rest of them.

And FE has just many such moments. In no other medium have I met that many awesome sidecharacters. (And I until now I've only been able to get into gaming fandoms. Never in book fandoms o_o)

Also, on another note; I'm curious. I'm wondering how are folks on my flist pronouncing loan words, especially German ones. Like "verboten" or so.

I'm replaying The Last Story because of a certain person for no character-specific reasons. And a certain spoilerific event still makes me go ;A; and D:< because I want to strangle the cause of said event. Grrr.

And a fic about younger Therius and his first travels/lessons/happenings with General Asthar would be the most glorious thing ever. Those two are so awesome it hurts.

Unrelated to that; I don't know how I could always overlook it, but I did found a fic on my compi that is SO old. Well, old old. From the time I still did that ~bro thing~ I mean, I take them more seriously now, but that was from the time where everything was silly. And dude, the fic is kinda embarrassing because it's so silly. On the other hand, I did lol at it XD I so have no idea what to do with it. I'm undecided if I would feel too embarrassed to post it on my writing com. (The silliness about Viggy´s kids come up and they're in the Lagdou Ruins and they come back from death and stuff. Goddamit, that was far too fun XD)

Remember that Avatar making thing xirysa posted a few days ago? It was so fun that I made Bro wives and young bros pics (Also Noam) XD They're not exactly true for them (especially Aileen´s hair style. Minna is almost perfect, though), but I like it well enough~ :3

You know what I just noticed?

I could turn Eira (FemHayden) into a pegasus knight.

Normally I leave the class of the genderbent characters like they were (Fadia and Victoria are still awesome generals and Eira would stay a ranger), but, you know, Frelia is pegasus country and princess as pegasus riders are really not unusual...

Otoh, right now, I want Eira using a crossbow on a pegasus because awesome. I really don't know XD

Or maybe Eira just really can't use lances and is awesome with bows and therefore has decided to just become an archer/ranger. She still can ride a pegasus though and owns one. The possibilities...

My literature teacher is pretty much amazing *o* She said that my term paper could wait with all that England business. I'm so fucking relieved~ 8D (So relieved that I wrote a bit about bros XD)

Also, I suddenly remembered that I still had some prompts to write from way back. And that I had one finished but now looking at it... I really don't know what I wanted to say with it. Maybe I didn't want to say anything, idk. It confuses me a bit XD It's here: Duessel and someone else - don't forget.

Alright, now I finished reading the script from FE6 as well (I think I've read all of them now). And I have to say, there are a good handful of people I like; Marcus (there was not enough of him >8I Even though I do like Merlinus, I wish Marcus had taken his place), Douglas, Lalam, Roy, Miledy/Gale (;A;), Yuno/Zealot, Thito/Klein, Mordred, Niime&Hugh (he's so dorky XD). But the most important thing....

I am incredibly fascinated by Desmond (which is more FE7, but eh). So incredibly fascinated. How he can love Guinevere and her mother so much and yet hate Zephiel and his mother, and what happened between him and his "wives"... *o* Tehehehe~ Ah, the shiny~ (Btw, I need to google his face or something, because I can only remember him having long blond hair and somehow that results in me picturing him like a blond Vigarde XD)

However, I have to say that I find Elibe as a whole not a very interesting continent. It's just... I dunno. I don't find the countries terribly interesting (apart from maybe Bern thanks to Desmond), but other than that? Nah. But that's actually not so different when it comes to the other FEs apart from Magvel. I neither find Archanea nor Jugdral particularly interesting in regard to history and culture, Tellius depends on my mood (and if I'm interested it's mostly Crimea). But Magvel? I nom that shit up. Gawd, I love Magvel <3

Fado is a really unlucky dude. (But Lyon and funnily enough Valter have worse Lck when they "join")

Viggy has 9. When even Viggy has 9 Lck, Fado had never a chance XD (That and Viggy has an S in lance, while Fado only has A. Viggy is the ~master of lances~)

Also interesting: you get Hayden if you kill 200 monsters in Lagdou in one run, not when you clear a floor. I am surprised. (Hm, can that mean something...?)

And I'm suddenly motivated to finally get Fado. Because Fado.

(Also, both Viggy and Hayden have anima as affinity. Fado is ~fire~. Oh ho ho~ (Yes, I am easily amused at the moment)) Edit: Fado and Ephraim have the same affinity. They really ARE very similar (as Hayden mentioned a few times). Intriguing.

;A; I love Markus. He is so awesome. And his support with Roy, adorable (in a strange Markus-y way). His support with Eliwood was already awesomesauce and now this. Markus might be my favourite character from FE7. (Ffffffffffff, the ones that fandom doesn't particularly care for always manage to become my favourites ;w; And old dudes. Old dudes and dudettes are pure win)

I get the huge (c wat I did thar) urge to make size jokes about Klein. Because, ffffffffffffffffffffffffffff. And I want to make car jokes about Trabant even though I don't know him. Roflmao.

Another strange thing, loosely connected to the bros... I had a really, really strange dream again. I got three guinea pigs. Which all looked like the bros (Fado was not turquoise but Viggy´s fur was definitely slightly bluish). Which was hilarious even in my dream. Then suddenly I noticed that Fado was not Fado but Fadia. XD I was highly amused. And I separated them then since I thought "Wouldn't want her to get pregnant". But then there was a time skip and surprise, surprise, Fadia was pregnant XD And I spend a long time debating who would be the father and which constellation would be more awesome and it was hilarious. In the end, they were both fathers XD Oh lawd, what does that mean (I do hope that it was some kind of prophetic dream because, dude, bro piggys, do want).

Also, there were two cute rats and one alien dog. With stripes. And I called hooves  over because "ZOMG, the dog has stripes and looks like a zebra!" Roflmao, strange alien dog. But she didn't like it because the dog had yellow rings on its fur :( XD

Writing Viggy angsting about Lyon and dark magic helps as well 8D (Because I didn't cover that angst topic yet XD) And it will contain the "image" I got from "Isabella". Not too sure if it will be really creepy, though.

 One for the Lover's Challenge; Kink with Geoffrey/Elincia (which is smut as you can conclude from the prompt) and then part 2 of the Bro AU 8D

And I also finished part 3 today *o* /is so proud of herself. And I really like it also. The Minna-Vigarde scene turned out well. And it has a girls´ exclusive scene, which was hard ;^; Characterization is hard sometimes. Andandand tinySeth shenanigans~ Weeeeeeeee 8D Happiness.

Which reminds me; I need an Old English prayer or something for the Moulder/Hayden story. I need to finished that first part. >8I Edit: Weeeeeeeee, I found two 8D Yay~

Oh, and I might need to make a new layout... something has come up... but I don't know if it'll look good...
