Ächem.
Hi.
I was absent for quite some time. And there is a good reason. ....
I've bought Skyrim.
;^; I'm never ever gonna get anything finished.
Farewell. Who knows when I will ever be able to stop.
PS: "The Dragonborn Comes" from Oblivion (or Morrowind?) and "Dragonborn" are such AWESOME and EPIC songs I don't even.
PPS: Raphi, I didn't forgot that I wanted to write you a longer review for your Mercenary fic, but Skyrim! (And a term paper *cough, cough* 8D )

21/7/13 21:07 (UTC)It is pretty sad, though, that you can't have two or more characters at the same time (with mods, yes, but not as a standard option). I have a Nord woman specialised in heavy weapons and I would like to try something else with another character. Oh well.

21/7/13 22:17 (UTC)Morrowind is a great game but... yeah. The hit system is really bad until you level up, where it becomes not-noticable. The graphics are more PS2 era than N64 era, I felt, and since I play the PC versions there are a ton of texture/model updates you can find for them.

22/7/13 07:06 (UTC)Well, I actually don't like spellmaking system (nor am I ever a mage) and I found the armour system in Morrowind needlessly complicated. I felt it was more like a "Hey, look, you can find twice as much loot because you need everything for left and right!" than "Here, look, this makes sense". But I agree with the skills. Just slashing and every now and then a heavy slash is pretty repetetive.
